I hope I can give Geeta a 6 stars. She is so professional and pays attention to details. My case was a little bit complicated and difficult to handle but she never gave up and always tried to explain every detail to the seller and buyer. I am very satisfied with Geeta's service. Geeta is the person you would want to hire to sell your home. She is very professional, extremely responsible and ethical, very high energy, and keeps the communication going at all times. Geeta is a marketing guru. She created overhead videos highlighting the local amenities, interior and exterior videos of the house. Her full-color hard copy flyers are the most professional and good looking ones I have seen.Her negotiation skills are second to none. Geeta loves what she does and you will too!!

Geeta gave really good exposure to our home by listing it on various sites! Recently we sold our home in Fremont with the help of Geeta. She is truly a good real estate agent and a good person. She helped us through the basic renovation work like painting, carpet change, etc. Geeta helped to stage our home for sale as well. We had wonderful experience with Geeta while searching for our first home in Bay Area. We went to Geetaji on a friend's recommendation as potential first time buyers with very little feel for market about three years back and after visiting a few open houses we decided to take a year's break from house hunting. Observing the market over the one year period from the outside, we were able to understand how Geetaji had forecast pretty accurately, both the trends in the market and more importantly our home buying needs. So, when we decided to get back into buying a home, going back to Geetaji was a natural choice. The best thing we like about her, is how she is alway proactive and goes to lengths to get us the info we need to make a decision, including breaking the ice with neighbors at the potential homes and stoping them to ask them for feedback about the community, which is something we would've never done ourselves. She was available round the clock for clarifications during the closing period, despite her personal commitments during that time which we cam e to know about later. She is thorough in dotting the i's and crossing the t's and will often play devil's advocate to her own recommendation to make sure that you have thought through every scenario and are okay with your choice. She is the ideal realtor for first time homebuyers, and during the travel with her you will come out not only feeling like you've got the ideal home for your parameters, but also enriched with the knowledge she shares about homes and her philosophy on life!
